Charlie (David Arquette) gets out of jail in New York City and relocates to the country of Georgia where his partner has opened an underground casino. There, Charlie meets a street smart woman named Sonia (Daniella Pick- Tarantino) with a mysterious past who begins a relationship with Charlie. The lines get blurred once the Russian mob gets involved and the duo need to figure out a way to keep their hustle going while staying alive.
